Dispatch, Delivery & Returns

Dispatch:   Your cushions will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of ordering.

All items are dispatched by Royal Mail,  First Class.  The charge of £3 includes cost of handling, packaging and postage at First Class rate. 

Please note that Royal Mail aims to deliver parcels the next working day.  Designer Cushions and Throws accepts no liability for carriage delays.

Delivery:  Our postal charges are based on delivery within the United Kingdom.  If you live outside the United Kingdom, or wish to send a cushion to a country outside the UK, please enquire about additional postal charges.

Returns:  You have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item up to 7 working days of the date the item is delivered to you.  To return your purchase within this cancellation period, please ensure items remain undamaged and unused and pack them securely to the same standard as dispatched.  You may enclose a covering letter with your package informing us of your wish to cancel the contract, or contact us by email prior to the return. Please return the item so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date it was delivered to you.  The return address is:

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless the item is faulty.
